1. Foreign nationals, over 18 years old.

Applicants should be no older than 30 years old.

2. In good health condition, in accordance with the Health Standard for International Students stipulated by the Ministry of Education, China.

3. Good moral character and discipline towards the laws and regulations of the Chinese government.

4. Good English or Chinese language proficiency.

5. Holding high school diploma. 

Note:

For applicant who has foreign nationality at birth (No Chinese nationality) or Change to foreign nationality from Chinese nationality:

You shall hold a valid foreign passport or nationality certificate for more than 4 years,

Live in foreign country for more than 2 years in the last 4 years.
