From October 16 to 19, 2025, the first International Travel Agency Service Conference & Trade Exhibition was held in Sanya, Hainan. During the event, a special forum titled "International Study Tour Dialogue: Global Experience Exchange and New Pathways for Collaborative Development" was held, with President Du Lanxiao invited to serve as the moderator. The forum brought together five Chinese and international experts from institutions including the China Soong Ching Ling Science & Culture Centre for Young People, Gyeonggi Tourism Organization of Korea, and others. Centered on the themes of "government guidance, industry insights, resource integration, and talent development," in-depth discussions were conducted to explore new pathways for collaboration among government, schools, industries, and enterprises.
In her concluding remarks, Du Lanxiao emphasized that the future of the study tour industry relies on the coordinated efforts of "schools, government, industries, and enterprises," and that building an ecosystem of "integration, coexistence, co-creation, and sharing" is essential for the industry’s steady and long-term development. Since taking the lead in establishing the Study Tour Management and Service program in 2019, TCZJ has spearheaded the development of the first international standard, national vocational standards, and multiple industry standards, and is committed to building the "Study Tour China" educational brand. She expressed the TCZJ’s willingness to collaborate with global partners to open a new chapter in high-quality development for international study tours.
This international dialogue provided new insights for the global study tour industry and effectively enhanced TCZJ’s visibility and influence in the fields of study tour research and talent cultivation.
