On September 19, 2025, the "National Catering and Hospitality College Presidents Forum" was held in Chongqing, focusing on the theme "Future Education · Presidential Leadership - A New Journey in High-Quality Talent Cultivation for Catering and Hospitality Vocational Education". President Du Lanxiao of TCZJ was invited to attend and delivered a keynote speech titled "Strategic Logic and Implementation Pathways for Cultivating High-Skilled Culinary Talents from the New 'Double High' Perspective".

Du Lanxiao systematically elaborated on the mission and implementation pathways of culinary vocational education from three dimensions: national strategy, industrial demands, and educational tasks. She proposed five key initiatives: adhering to moral education and cultivating talents with both ethics and skills; deepening industry-education integration and promoting collaborative talent cultivation between schools and enterprises; enhancing the "Five Gold Standards" construction to improve faculty and curriculum quality; strengthening digital-intelligent empowerment to integrate artificial intelligence with vocational education; and expanding vocational education globalization and common prosperity practices to serve the internationalization of Chinese cuisine and local industrial development. She emphasized that the university will continue to strengthen party leadership and institutional guarantees, aiming to build a culinary vocational education brand with industrial recognition, Chinese characteristics, and international influence.

The forum was jointly hosted by the China Cuisine Association and Chongqing Tourism College, bringing together representatives from over 50 institutions and enterprises nationwide, with more than 160 participants exploring pathways for high-quality development in catering and hospitality vocational education.
