On June 12, the graduation ceremony for the Sino-Serbian Tourism College international students was held at our university's Landison Industry College. Twenty Serbian students successfully completed their one-month study program. The event was attended by President Du Lanxiao, Vice President Lang Fuping, Serbian teacher Dr. Milos Zirnic, and representatives from both Chinese and Serbian faculty and students.

During their study period, the university systematically arranged professional Chinese culinary courses for the Serbian students, incorporating traditional cultural experiences such as tea art, calligraphy, and celadon pottery making. They were also organized to visit the "Chinese Painting Masterpieces Collection Gallery" and other venues for cultural practices. Starting from basic skills like knife work, heat control, and seasoning, the international students gradually mastered the preparation of multiple Chinese dishes. Through the integrated teaching of "Chinese language + vocational skills," they became living witnesses to the cultural exchange between China and Serbia.

Dr. Milos Zirnic expressed his gratitude for the college's thoughtful arrangements, stating that the students not only refined their culinary skills but also became cultural ambassadors promoting Sino-Serbian friendship. Student representative Matija shared that the well-designed courses and cultural experiences were unforgettable, and she looks forward to returning to China in the future to continue strengthening the bonds of friendship.

In her speech, Du Lanxiao emphasized that the achievements of the Sino-Serbian Tourism College reflect the ironclad friendship between the two countries. She encouraged the international students to continue promoting Chinese culture after returning home and to become builders of Sino-Serbian friendship.

During the ceremony, Chinese and Serbian students performed Dai ethnic dance and traditional Serbian dance respectively, showcasing the harmonious beauty of cultural integration. The international students also prepared a "Culinary Journey: A Banquet Blending Hangzhou and Balkan Flavors," which innovatively combined Hangzhou cuisine with Balkan characteristics. Using food as a medium, it presented the unique charm of cultural mutual learning between the two countries.
