The delegation of Singapore's Republic Polytechnic Visits TCZJ
On the afternoon of March 27, as part of a key educational and industrial exchange initiative under Business China, a 40-member delegation from Republic Polytechnic, Singapore, visited TCZJ for a cultural and professional exchange focused on tourism, culture, and aviation.
The delegation toured the Zhejiang Tourism Museum and Sui Garden, where they explored the development of Zhejiang’s cultural tourism and experienced the region’s rich historical heritage. They admired the elegance of traditional Chinese architecture, particularly the intricate mortise-and-tenon wooden structures, gaining a deeper appreciation for classical Chinese design.
At the Aviation Service Training Center, they participated in hands-on experiences including check-in procedures, emergency evacuation, and first-aid training. These immersive sessions provided concrete insights into the high professional standards of aviation services.
In the Presentation Hall, students from our air cabin service program delivered a refined etiquette performance and a vibrant Year of the Horse dance. Student representatives from both sides engaged in lively discussions, sharing their academic journeys and career aspirations. The cross-cultural dialogue fostered warm and inspiring interactions.
This exchange was more than an international campus visit—it was a meaningful intercultural conversation about the art of service and professional excellence. By leveraging our strengths in cultural tourism and aviation education, TCZJ has created a platform for mutual learning between Chinese and Singaporean youth, showcasing both the charm of traditional Chinese culture and the vitality of modern vocational education, while deepening professional and cultural understanding between China and Singapore.
